This question can not preciesly answered but in my oppinion the beta version could be published at the beginning of  2010.But this is my idea which is releated with the Diablo 2 announcement/publishment ratio..But this calculation can be wrong of course but if the beta version publishment (to everybody) is late i think the gamers [...]
