Admiral Gerard Dugalle was very succesful and well educated commander.He defended and rescued Earth by the hand of Terran Military forces at countless times. He had commanded the UED expanditionary fleet.He and his companions knowed his victories but after Samir has entered his command he betrayed him and killed Stukov who was his loyal old friend.After death of Stukov he accused himself and entered an endless depression, while he was fighting against his psychological problems the war at the surface of Char was near. Kerrigan compansated the 3 enemy fleets including Protoss fleet commanded by Artanis,Terran Dominion and UED fleet which led by Dugalle.After the defeat, Kerrigan gave DuGalle a chance to retreat but she announced that she would kill all of the units at the UED fleet while retreating.Then the commander of the UED expanditionary forces had killed himself and left only a writing to his family.
