The answer of this question is unfortunately no, but if you have an account on battle.net and in my opinion if you have an original Blizzard game like, Starcraft Original, Diablo, Warcraft etc. your chance will be increased. After taking an account from battle.net you will upload your system propeties on your account and you can upload the original Blizzard game that you have. Patience is important at that point, after days an email can be sent by Blizzard which activates your Beta playing property of your account. Then you will download a Beta installer on your Hard drive to install the Beta properly.
